Hi, I posted a query before about Instagram not being updated on the slider. I see in a mail from yourselves that the latest update fixes this. However when I try to update from the system updates page, it says "Unable to open archive" How do I get the update please?

Yes. Thank you, that works, but I point out to you the knowledge base link you sent which says it shouldn't.

To get your Facebook ID you should click on your name in the upper left of the Facebook home page just after the https://www.facebook.com/. It should look something like this:

https://www.facebook.com/JohnDoe
m.facebook.com/sally.struthers" >https://m.facebook.com/sally.struthers
https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=24353623

Your personal profile does not look anything like these examples:

https://www.facebook.com
Sally Struthers

Hi,
OK, downloaded the zip file, uploaded from my local PC in Module installer. Message said install successful but can't see where to check the version in the module as it looks the same and Instagram hasn't updated the last 12 pics still. What do you suggest?

I'm afraid you are not using the latest version. Please update the module first. Instagram issue has been fixed in the latest release.

How do I update the module? Do I have to buy a new version? A previous post gave me a link to a download, which I have, but the update feature won't allow me to find it and the install feature didn't make any change that I could see

If your license has expired, you have to renew it to download the latest update.

Hi,
This is what the subscription says " FREE 12-09-2016 12-09-2016 To Lifetime €0.00 Active "
I assume that means the liscence hasn't expired? So how do I get the latest "fixed" version as the update doesn't work?
