we have the following problem on radler-ruf.de (https://www.radler-ruf.de/en/): when i send the contact form (sticky on the right side), the url https://www.radler-ruf.de/modules/mod_js_contact_form/tmpl/form/contact.php opens and only a white page appears. I think there should be a message inside the lightbox, right? Where is the error? What could be the reason?

hello, many thanks for the fast support. unfortunately I can only download the extensions "JS Facebook Likebox Slider" and "JS AdBlock Detector" in my account. "JS Contact Form" is not available for download. Is it because my customer bought the extension and provided me with the installation package? Does my customer have to log into his account and download the update? Or can you also make the extension available to me?

Your customer have to log into his account and download the update if Joomla Updater isn't working.

Hi again :), I have installed the updated version and the problem persists. Clicking on "send" opens the empty page with the URL https://www.radler-ruf.de/modules/mod_js_contact_form/tmpl/form/contact.php. However, the mail dispatch works perfectly. Only the feedback after sending is buggy. To make sure that this is not due to the system environment, I installed the extension in another Joomla system with the same version (3.9.1). There I can reproduce the error as well. We need a fix to be able to use the extension productively.
