Hi,

I can't manage to access any of the 'My account' section : all options (subscriptions, downloads, questions), lead to the same page of 'Edit profile' and I can't manage to download any of the file from there.
I've tried both with Chrome and Safari, and I've also disabled my adblocker and the result is always the same.
I've tried also to directly enter : https://jsns.eu/edit-profile#my-downloads
as an address, but it leads to the same page of edit profile, without any option to download anything.
I've got the lifetime membership (since january).

Hi,

I made the purchase on the 6th of January 2017, payment through paypal (100 US$), but I've received only the Paypal receipt (there does not seem to have any order number on it, just the paypal transaction number). My paypal email was [email protected]
I have attached the payment receipt (I paid on the facebooklikebox.net site but I had to contact you on the 13th of January because I didn't have access to anything already at that time also, but you were switching to jsns.eu at the same time apparently).

I've tried again today and the problem is still there, I still can't access any private part (downloads, questions, subscription) of the jsns site. Any news ?

I've put two screenshots on a single image as I can't send a message with 2 attachments.
First screenshot (upper part of the image) : I get exactly the same result whether I click on My Account, on My subscriptions, My downloads or My questions, even if the addresses are different : https://jsns.eu/edit-profile#my-subscriptions, https://jsns.eu/edit-profile#my-downloads, https://jsns.eu/edit-profile#my-questions.

And when I click on Edit Profile, I get no option apart from a Submit button (lower part of the screenshot file).
