Refund Policy

We firmly believe in and stand behind our product 100%, but we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. If you have an issue that we are unable to resolve, we are more than happy to provide a complete refund within 7 days of your original purchase. A few conditions:

1. We will only refund the money of your purchase if :
  • You found any bugs in our extensions and we could not solve it in max 7 days.
2. We have the right to refuse refund request if:
  • The extension is sent to you automatically by our ordering system as soon as you made payment. You cannot contact us and said "I purchased the extension but I didn't get it, so I want refund", we don't accept that. In this case, please  contact us to ask us to re-send the extension to you .
  • You have the responsibility to read the product description before purchasing it. If there are any things/features un-clear to you, feel free to drop us an email ask about it. Once you decided to purchase the extension, you agree to use the features provide in the extension. You cannot contact us and said "The extension doesn't meet my requirement, I need refund" , we will refuse the refund request in this case, of course!
  • You experience script conflicts with other 3rd party software connected or installed on your Joomla website. RE: Templates, Components, Modules, and Plugins

Instructions and Usage:

Get assistance to customizing extensions, we will explain the how's and the where's so you can focus on your design.

Update Problems:

If you are having an issue updating one of our products we can assist you. If you are having an issue updating Joomla we can also help, this does not include migration services.

Minor Customization:

We can advise you on how to do minor customization to our extensions, but we will not add new features to an extension or build your site for you.

JavaScript Conflicts:

JavaScript conflicts can be difficult to identify and solve. When one of our products is involved, we will help find the best solution possible.

Third Party Products:

If there is a conflict with a third party product, we can troubleshoot it for you. In most cases we can fix issues, but we do not guarantee a solution.

On-site Debugging:

When the issue at hand requires it, we will login to your server to research, debug and solve problems. Your login info is always private and secure.

What does a membership include?

During the membership you have access to all extensions, monthly new releases, technical support and regular updates.

Do memberships renew automatically?

Memberships are not renewed automatically, but you will be reminded when your membership is about to end so you can decide to renew at a convenient time.

What happens when my membership expires?

When the membership expires, you will no longer be able to download new products, updates or have access to technical support. However, you can keep using any product you have installed forever.

Can I upgrade my subscription?

It is possible to upgrade your subscription if you need to change the length or level of the subscription.

Can I use the plugin on multiple domains?

Yes, you can use the plugin on as many domains as you like. However, please keep in mind that I (only) offer support for the amount of domains that comes with the version you purchase. See the pricing tables for more information.

You can go to your Profile to find a Download link and manage your subscription. Most products actually include multiple files so you get to choose which ones to download at any time.
